Don't know about you but it is always hard to get out of bed anyway on monday mornings. Having a wonderful weekend with the family, doing lots of things, like spending quality time with the kids, lots of exercise, the body is tired monday mornings.
But there are other forms of tiredness, maybe even that feeling of exhaustion. I have gone through those spells, maybe you know that feeling too.
Just really hard to get going in the morning, feeling like during the day both the body and mind can not get going at all.
