How to Choose the Best Running Shoes Avoiding Back Pain
Lower back pain is common under runners, so knowing how to choose the best running use is the first step to trying to minimise this happening to you. It is that time of the year again, the weather gets better and those running shoes come out of the cupboard again.
But are those running shoes really providing you with the cushioning you need still? Or are they the correct shoes for your feet dynamics (how you land on your feet and how the feet move during the weight bearing motion etc.)?
Most have running shoes that are not really right for their running action, but most of all most have jogging shoes that are just plain too old. meaning that the cushioning capability of the sole is long gone. This will increase the impact on to the joints and the spine.
